What do you like best about TeamBridge?

To be fair, we are just finishing the implementation phase and are about to launch at our facility. Our implementation manager has been very creative to not only finding ways to implement the many requirements that we have for our time and attendance system, but has suggested and developed a lot of additional automated processes that will make Team Bridge a huge asset for our business. With what we have seen thus far, Team Bridge’s ease of use and automated process will greatly simplify our time and attendance program while simplifying our labor use reporting for our accounting department. What do you dislike about TeamBridge?

I am very pleased to say that there has been nothing to dislike thus far. Their team has worked very hard to make this a very smooth and easy integration thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeamBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

TeamBridge was able to help solve our complex absentee and attendence point policy through programming and even provided automated reporting and communications to the management team. This process eliminated the use of manually running programs in our current system and hours of verifying the accuracy of the system. This was a game changer for our company. What do you like best about TeamBridge?

Any time we had an issue or feature we wished we had, their support team always listened (much more than other vendors), and often added customer feedback to their roadmap.

The software, itself has a great balance between flexibility and ease of use.

The website and app refresh super quick. If you change something, it instantly shows up everwhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamBridge?

There are still features that need to be added, which is technically a downside, however, most of what we have wanted is on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeamBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

The automations are really strong. We have automations helping with our entire onboarding process. Some new candidates even make it through most of the process without even needing to speak to a recruiter. The geo-tagged clock in/out makes it easy to verify when a worker is working at one of the many locations we staff. What do you like best about TeamBridge?

Teambridge has been an excellent software solution for our staffing agency. We use this for our clients to post their shift needs and our staff to pick up shifts seamlessly. It is highly customizable with endless options to meet our needs. What problems is TeamBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved how to automate our scheduling system from email and phone communication to all of it being automated in the app. This also eliminated the need for paper timesheets because they can clock in and out on the app which is geofenched, additionally we require them to get a signiture from the client upon clock out on the app which helps prevent time theft. This is a tricky question. It's probably how generic the inside feels (not that it is. just that it feels.) This means the layouts internally are pretty basic, and there is a lack of color within the system itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zira is an excellent and powerful tool for controlling workflow, design and integration for customer service. Highly enable API. approval and management for products can be managed easily. Ticket assignment is easy and approval and solving are fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
