TaxCloud is always available to help, whether it be by email or by phone. I have worked directly with a few agents and all have been willing to look into whatever needs we may have. I took over a new role within my position and was needing assistance where TaxCloud stepped in to help with that learning curve. The customer service team has been stellar (I've worked with Rianna, JT, and Melanie) - not only do they answer the phone or call back in a timely manner, they are also available by email, which is hugely appreciated. Ease of use. Once you are set up you do not have to deal with the complicated tax laws with each individual state. Being a small business owner our time is extremely valuable since we are wearing so many hats to make our business run. TaxCloud makes collecting and distributing sales tax easy for small online retailers like Infinite Discs. It is cost effective compared with other options and their support team is reliable. The reliability of the API and performance of the data flow is really good. We are reliably able to populate the sales tax information and monitor our transactions with woocomerce with ease. Support team has also been really helpful and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately we were forced to use the premium tier because of our integration with woocomerce and the SST program requirement but taxcloud is cheaper than most options we saw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Tax Cloud a ton! My questions are answered without any follow-ups! It's so simple to use! I don't have to worry about the tax laws because that's what they do. It worked well with our website! The call-in orders all over the USA can be put into their site manually, and it's easy to do! This is the easiest and best way to send the correct taxes to each state! I Could go on and on about TaxCloud because it works well for our company and will work great for yours, too!
