Short learning curve if you have new preparers. Well priced. I have been using them for a long time and they now have all the entity forms and states I need. Support varies (time wise) but they are good at resolving issues once you get to the right person. They fixed the note section too and that was great move! I love the carry over of details from the return, helps get us up and running ASAP. Also like you can save back up files to your own server if you want vs having to save it to their cloud. The log in is very time consuming and during tax season, this is a time eater. Sometimes it remembers log in, sometimes it sends you a code other times you have to click the squares with the specific pictures which are not always clear.
