Employees are held to an invisible standard. A self-described high Performance promise is made by the developers with no solid feedbacks. One of the cons is the dashboard Issue. The dashboard of the software is not very user-friendly. There is not much options available contact the candidate directly. The overall User Interface of the software is not very easy to use. Talroo has been the only company we have worked with that has been able to get our pixels to work corrected to get data from ADP to see how candidates are progressing beyond the applicant stage.
