There is not better company to work with from a support standpoint. I have been working with Appcast for the past 4 years bringing them onboard with me as I left one company and joined another. When Appcast acquired Bayard, a number of additional solutions were added to Appcast's portfolio of products/services. Although we appreciate the added versatility, after the acquisition, regularly scheduled meetings with our support team became more sales-oriented than we would have preferred. Its great to have a team managing the postings and sponsorship of my postings on external sites. Upside is only paying for applications verses clicks, ability to control cost, and able to see which joboards have the better quality for the roles I am searching for. Integrates nicely with our ATS allowing us to truly see the quality of our hires sourced through them. Implementation of the integration was fairly quick once we were able to get what we needed from the ATS. The support of the team is awesome and makes things easy, even the billing. Creative for ads for social or the internet is basically paying to put words or pictures we already have or paying an astronomical amount for them to find a picture and do the same. Appcast has been a really great one stop shop for us to combine all our recruitment marketing into one vendor. There teams are responsive and we always have two if not three of their team members on the call. They negotiate rates, help guide strategy, and bring forward solutions. Technically I dont think that they are as familiar with SuccessFactors as they may be with other organizations. We are a relatively small company so making sure we understand what they need from us has sometimes been a challenge. Appcast has the Three T's; tools, (experienced) teams and technology that become an extension of your own marketing team. The value they bring can't be matched.
