Talkative have been our dedicated Live Chat fulfillment partner since 2018. The team are great to work with, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Customer experience is at the forefront of everything they do, and their ability to set up Live chat solutions quickly and effectively means that we can often exceed our client’s expectations with implementation.
From a user perspective, we have jointly developed a console that works for a contact centre, but the Talkative Engage platform always works well for dealerships and OEM’s. The team constantly refine and improve the console, ensuring complete end-to-end testing and our buy-in before release.
Talkative are reactive to our needs and, more importantly, adapt their solution to ensure we achieve best-in-class service. We decided to implement the Talkative web chat solution to integrate with our Mitel Contact Centre solution, enable translation and other features and provide more reassurance around GDPR. To be honest its the whole solution. It's ability to seamlessly integrate with our MITEL telephony was our initial attraction as we wanted to be able to manage webchat and calls together in the same system. However from the first discussion with Talkative we knew it was going to give us so much more. Talkative as a company are very easy to work with, they are down to earth, open and collaborative. Their solution has the bells and whistles you'd like as well, from being able to view which screen your customer is on to being able to live interact with that screen to name two of many. It's also very easy to use for all; customers, agents and management which is a must in a busy environment. All in all i would highly recommend Talkative as a company and webchat solution. The support and guidance we have received from Talkative has been invaluable and has enabled us to offer our customers the right level of service through live chat and meet expectations. We were able to work closely with Talkative from the initial scoping of the project through to implementation and post-launch improvements to ensure the product suited our needs and this was critical to the success. The integration into our phone and email systems means that the management of workload streams is more efficient and can be viewed in one screen which is critical to us seeing a single view across all contact points. Talkative have been very proactive in helping us increase our digital leads. They have worked hard to customise all of this to our brand, as well as ensuring the various lead generation tools are correctly tracking. They are forward-thinking, the results have been excellent nd the team easy to communicate with. There are also usually plenty of new developments in the pipeline for us to consider implementing.
