I can't say enough about the Talkative team! They were great to work with during our implementation and have been extremely responsive post-launch. From an agent point of view, the Talkative tool is very easy to use and the integration into Salesforce is excellent. For administrators, the Engage platform is very flexible and enables a ton of customizations of the end user experience. Reporting in the Engage platform itself is rudimentary, but you have access to all the data you need in Salesforce and connecting to it through a tool like PowerBI was easy. Talkative have been our dedicated Live Chat fulfillment partner since 2018. The team are great to work with, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

From a user perspective, we have jointly developed a console that works for a contact centre, but the Talkative Engage platform always works well for dealerships and OEM’s. The team constantly refine and improve the console, ensuring complete end-to-end testing and our buy-in before release.
