Talkable was a very capable referral program. It did the thing we asked, but the tools were basic and felt like the price was a bit steep for its functionality. It was easy enough to install, but took considerable thought in how we wanted it to show. Would have been nice to have an easier implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Talkable is expensive and unless you're willing to get all the tools and use out of the program there might be a cheaper solution that can do the same thing. We seem to have conflicts of talkable and other banner programs we use on our website and aesethically it could look messy with too many pop ups. Talkable has other ways to show their offer, but was more limited that i would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Customer Support - We've been dealing with Talkable for over 2 years now and they've been fantastic with their customer support. They've been extremely responsive with our business, friendly, easy to deal with and very patient with a lot of our requests. This goes a long way when dealing with a platform that's not your standard plug and play. 1. It's not your standard plug and play solution. There aren't a lot of out of the box features. A lot of the features require back end implementation from our internal dev team. This can be difficult when your Tech team requires information about the new feature or the platform. However, the Talkable team have been great in aiming to help us as much as possible to set up new features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their features to administrate campaigns and the easy way to integrate this with your back-end. I like being able to manage everything, from images to email flows, subject lines, etc. We've been able to improve our CVR and referred traffic thanks to this tool. Since enabling Talkable Video, we've seen a steady stream of Customer Generated Content (CGC or UGC, however you want to call it) come through. It's very exciting to see customers engaging in this new way, and I see great use cases for Talkable Video, especially for Gen-Z focused brands.
Talkable is at the forefront of new referral technologies, and I absolutely love how they have evolved referral to allow advocates to record ands share videos in through the referral flow.
There is something special about video. It sparks an emotional response, and makes the referral feel authentic and genuine. A video is worth a thousand words (or more)!
In addition, as a marketer, seeing how your customers speak about your product, and seeing the demographics of those customers, provides insights that are more difficult to pull than standard survey data. Visuals matter.
We're still in the early stages of testing Talkable Video, but we're extremely excited about this next chapter of Video Referrals, and we're looking for new ways to take advantage of it (e.g. discovery of customers who would make great brand ambassadors) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard can be a bit confusing, but we rely on our CSMs to provide the white glove service and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Talkable has been effective in improving our aquisitive strategy. The best part is that their team does an excellent job at managing the entire service. It leaves you able to continue your own work while the program is always improving and getting great results. Additionally, they are always looking into new ways to implement the newest marketing channels into their program to reach the maximum amount of new customers! The Customer Success team at Talkbale provide a very hands on approach and provide a fast efficient service, this includes their delivery of assets and data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the reporting is very in depth it does require some support to get to grips with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Talkable allows you to offer an interactive referral marketing experience. The account managers are super friendly and helpful - always accommodating my crazy schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
