It's a great service but the problem is the constant downtimes. Even at the time of writing this, the website isn't working. And there is no way for us to contact support and get a reply fast because of it. What good are all the features if we cannot rely on it to use it in our meetings? I love how the tool makes it easier to communicate with customers in realtime. I can access chat history without any hassle and also use canned responses significantly.
