What do you like best about TalentCards?

TalentCards is an awesome learning management system (LMS) that delivers a fantastic learning experience anywhere anytime. A perfect example of microlearning that provides an excellent mobile learning environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentCards?

It is a great mobile learning platform, and with enhancement on the card customization and template design options, it will do wonders for the users as well as for mobile learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentCards solving and how is that benefiting you?

Learners like relevant information that can be correlated and applied easily to real-time situations. TalentCards engage learners with their excellent UI/UX learning platform. It's in-built authoring tool makes it more beneficial for LMS administrators or Instructional designers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Athena Marousis of TalentCards

Hi Kuldeep,

Thanks so much for your review! Our team is thrilled that you're enjoying the microlearning capabilities of TalentCards. We also wanted to let you know that we recently released an update to the platform that has expanded your design options. What do you like best about TalentCards?

The simplicity of consultation for the end user is disarming.

I even let people unfamiliar with technology try it and they found it intuitive and practical.

What convinced me most of all is the simplicity of compiling the contents for me: much simpler than the power point.

Congratulations indeed to those who designed and built it. It makes my job as a trainer and coach more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentCards?

I have tried to find some weak points, but at the moment, I have not succeeded.

I can only say that I found the scrolling of cards much more fluid in iOs systems than Android, but I am almost sure that it depends on the operating system and not on the App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TalentCards:

My advice is to try them. Fortunately, you can create decks of cards and configure the system without having to subscribe for a fee (using it up to 5 users, enough to do excellent tests).

I discovered them by chance, being able to try them for free allowed me to fall in love with them and bring the app into my work routines with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentCards solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use this app to allow my coachees to review the contents of the session. A handy summary for them, with a final learning test.

This is not only useful to them but also to me, allowing me to see who is consulting the summary, when and how many times, responding well to the test.

The principle of gaming that allows you to offer more stimuli without exaggerating the competition between them is very stimulating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amelie Marion of TalentCards

Davide, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on TalentCards. It is wonderful hearing that you find the platform simple to use for the administrator and for the end user! We also love that TalentCards makes your life easier as a trainer and that it helps you keep your learners engaged through mobile-first, gamified training.

What do you like best about TalentCards?

The modules are easy to generate and it is so great that my Sales Team can access the card sets on their mobiles. The card set information is easy to retain the info and saves time. The reporting is such a useful tool and is automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentCards?

I battle a bit when loading background images as there is no real application to adjust size etc. Unless you have the exact image size. I find I have to continuously go backwards to adjust my images. It would also be great to be able to set my own font size, as the text blocks are automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentCards solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most awesome thing is that I now dont have to send out so many emails to the team, They get their card set links with a deadline to complete. I can also see their progress at any time. The on-the-go mobile app is just great as they can complete their training in their own time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amelie Marion of TalentCards

Hey Kimberley, thank you so much for your positive review! We're so glad your sales team is getting the most out of TalentCards. We also appreciate your feedback, and wanted to mention that when you're creating cards, you can toggle between "Auto text" mode and "Free text" mode. Free text mode allows you to resize your font, and move text up or down the card.

When it comes to adding background images to your cards, you can resize your image using the slider on the screen, or your mouse's scroll wheel to zoom in and out. If we can help further guide you with anything, feel free to reach out to our support team anytime! :)

TalentCards is a highly practical platform for training our remote teams. The beauty is that they can log in on a handheld device and complete the card sets easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentCards?

When sending invitations to TalentCards we can't see that the message has been sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TalentCards:

With a clean interface and competitive price point, I would highly recommend you trial TalentCards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentCards solving and how is that benefiting you?

TalentCards allow us to quickly and easily provide our teams with relevant training without the need for meetings, presentations or virtual events. Without TalentCards we would struggle to train our teams effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TalentCards?

Talentcards is an intuitive platform that makes it easy to quickly create content. Within the card sets, it's fun to embed web links and we can't wait to use audio clips! Service is great, a huge thank you to Katalin and Athena who have been supportive with questions and responsive to requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentCards?

While it's easy to create card sets, the stock images, fonts, and formatting options are limited forcing you to use a different platform to design the best card sets. I hear they are working on this and look forward to seeing improved design options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentCards solving and how is that benefiting you?

TalentCards enables us to provide helpful resources and content to our associates in the field on their mobile. As our content grows, we expect a reduction in printing expenses as we swap printed materials for electronic resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amelie Marion of TalentCards

(Original )Information
What do you like best about TalentCards?

Love the card based concept - very simple, clear and engaging.

The library of content seems reasonable to, and I expect this to grow with Epignosis behind it.

Login experience can be off putting with some of these types of apps, but Talent Cards was pretty seemless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentCards?

I would not say there was anything I particularly disliked. I would expect this platform to grow.

I would like to see a slightly richer experience in the future:

- richer reporting

- slightly richer UX (content layout, likes, social element User generated content - anything along those lines) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentCards solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Trying to share programme content with a large number of keynote delegates

- Testing sharing micro learning to see the extent to which some traditional learning can be replaced

- Trying to share Leader messages in a fun and interesting way to drive engagement with leadership direction & stories Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
