I love the fact TalentCards is a mobile app. My team members can access TalentCards when in the field. The team member can check the app for help when an issue arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel there are times when the app does not refresh when it is opened by a team member. I have made changes to the cards and have had several team members call me to let me know the information has not changed on their view of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed the flexibility that TalentCard offered. There were options to provide hyperlinks to websites (and low hassle to toggle between the website and back to TalentCard), options for quizzes, flip card training and tracking/reporting to see how everyone was progressing through the app. It was so flexible and the team loved it! The desktop interface can be a tad clunky at times. I use many images for references, and specific dimensions and small file sizes hamper the ability to upload photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Talent Cards was a great solution to us wanting to create flashcards to help people in the organization learn each other's names. The platform allows you to bulk upload images, in this case, we used headshots, and that saved us a lot of time. We were also able to create a flashcard set that allowed our users to score themselves on their progress. This has proved incredibly helpful in the memorization process. In addition, learning these features was incredibly easy with the help of Athena Marousis, the Growth Marketer for Talent Cards, who went above and beyond to teach us how to use the platforms, and gave us incredibly detailed and timely responses whenever we needed help or had additional questions. The only issues we experienced with Talent Cards were a few glitches along the way. They were always relatively small and never took long to solve. For example sometimes when I was putting text on the cards, if I pressed "return" too many times, to move the text down, it would delete the bottom line of the text instead of just stopping the return. There were other glitches similar to this, but they would only happen occasionally and were never consistent. (If that happened on one card, it wouldn't on the next 5).
