We have been using Tactic for more than a year now and it has been a daily routine . We can definitely attest that this software is the best one for work desk allocation and for room reservation which allows the management to track staff who occupies a specific computer or a meeting room.

The opportunity for our team to specify a place to sit when they are coming into the office. This allows for collaboration and community while still supporting a "hotel" approach to facilities management. Tactic allows people to understand who is going to be in and when, then allows them to co-locate into the same area. The incorporation of facility mapping as well as the ability to set permanent locations has really streamlined our management of seating for our hybrid workforce. Tactic allows us to manage and plan station assignments for a different line of businesses and teams where employees are required to check in and reserve stations for monitoring purposes. Easier to find the people you need to see by just checking where they are logged in. Additionally, this will inform the management how many people are logged in in case of any emergencies. Very useful if for some reason, a technical issue arises in the equipment, we can easily track the people who used it. Update for my previous feedback.
"Kind of confusing sometimes and not responding. I had 12:00 AM schedule and "Check in" does not appear until 12:00AM. This could be perfect if the system would let me login atleast 5 minutes before 12:00AM. So far right now I'm not with 12:00AM time in and the system do allow me to login 5mins early."
The above feedback seems to have been fixed already. so far I don't see any issues with this app aside from the problem on the first login page with a button sign-in with google. This button is not working even though I am already logged in via my work email. As a work around, I needed select continue with password then select an option "Signin with google" from there. If there is one thing I don't like about Tactic, that would be that your reservation is removed if you fail to check in for an hour. Tactic is very helpful when it comes to checking the scheduled seats in our office since it's hard for us to check sometimes whether there's someone accommodating it. In addition, it serves as a great reference for some unforeseen accidents that may happen so each supervisor would know the headcount and where to locate each people inside the office by checking the seats.
