Tabs3 is very easy to use. Our firm has used Tabs3 for well over a decade. Training new employees on the system is a breeze and the implementation and integration with our daily work processes. We use Tabs3 daily. The number of features it offers is mindblowing! Also, at any point that we need additional guidance on how to fix an error or customize aspects of the program, Tabs3's customer service is absolutely above and beyond! They are fast to answer our calls, prompt to walk us through how to do what we need done, and always very kind. The employees at Tabs3 truly make us feel valued as customers. Support. The gold standard for software support. If all other software companies had support like Tabs3Software you would never see or hear people complaining about software. You call Tabs3Software, they are there with an answer. Otherwise they will call you back in less than 10 minutes. Tabs3 is a robust platform that links all your law practice needs in one place. From client billing, payment processing and trust accounts all linked together. Pertinent information displayed together per client matter with ease of use between fee,cost and payment entry. Each module flows together into one for accounting purposes in the general ledger. It is a powerful suite of billing and accounting software (I don't use the practice management software). It may take a bit of time for non-accountants to get used to it, but it is pretty intuitive after that. Tabs3pay payment processing is fully integrated and less costly than the other big legal payment processors. We were using Tabs3 for our billing back in 1988 and we've grown with Software Technology over the years. We now use the Tabs3 Billing, the APS, the GLS and the TAS software and I am a big fan! It's a big job keeping up with all of the financial and billing information and Software Technology's software makes it so easy. And I can not say enough about how great the tech support is --- great, top notch, A-1! Do I recommend Software Technology and any or all of its software? Every day!
