The account was hacked or Taboola messed up and was running the wrong accounts on my account. I had to remove all of my payment methods to stop the bleeding. Lost almost $300 in a blink of an eye. I have been waiting for customer service to respond for 1 month and 2 days know. Only response was asking for the campaign ID in question. Taboola is easy to use and the user interface is fairly intuitive. For a low price, you can get a large number of clicks and traffic to your website, though the quality of that traffic can be suspect. The Taboola team is helpful and willing to put in the time and effort to explain the platform, and provide insight into recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some limitations with Taboola that aren't there with other vendors. For example, you can't really run your ads on a whitelist of sites, or only on sites within a certain vertical. You cannot use bid adjustments and their metrics don't include things like time on page or other on-site engagement metrics. We are not a fan of Taboola's dashboard, their approval system, or their user interface. We wish we could archive campaigns. We're also not a big fan of their approval team; they can sometimes be rude. Overall, Taboola is a good alternative to Native traffic, but we hope their merge with Outbrain will be better. Even though the dashboard is lacking functionality, the publishers working together with Taboola and algorythm is at the top of the market.

Everything. The platform itself is slow as a snail. Also, If you like getting lots of fake leads from Africa and India - try it. It is amazingly expensive, does nothing, and watch out - if you fill out a wrong box, or click 'accelerated' - even with a monthly spending limit of $250, it'll hit you up for $100 a day. Complete and utter waste of money - the leads are fake - and no refunds are available when they over-charge you to criminal proportions. USING THIS PLATFORM IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.
