I love how customizable Syspro is. There are many ways to customize without needing an expert application developer. When I can't easily find something in the documentation on how to do something, I love having the option to ask the forum about it. I always get a response from people eager to help. I also like how easy it is to use. For example, you can use CTRL+F anywhere to find what you're looking for. I have had no bad experiences with customer support yet. They are always very nice, and even if I give them a hard time when I'm frustrated about something, they handle it with grace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The documentation isn't updated frequently enough, and I've found some documentation has been inadequate. I like to find the answer myself without having to bother anyone, and it is hard to do that when I can't find it in the documentation. The most beneficial attribute of syspro is how versatile it is! There are a number of different features and lots of possibilities for usage.
