I love how customizable Syspro is. There are many ways to customize without needing an expert application developer. When I can't easily find something in the documentation on how to do something, I love having the option to ask the forum about it. I always get a response from people eager to help. I also like how easy it is to use. For example, you can use CTRL+F anywhere to find what you're looking for. I have had no bad experiences with customer support yet. The documentation isn't updated frequently enough, and I've found some documentation has been inadequate. I like to find the answer myself without having to bother anyone, and it is hard to do that when I can't find it in the documentation.
