I like that SYSPRO is built on a SQL Database. I use SYSPRO on a daily basis in both the role of end-user and administrator. The software is customizable and has all of the basic features that we require as an equipment manufacturer. Their tech support is very knowledgable and the documentation is thorough. Many steps can be required to perform a single function and it's not always user-friendly. Although the software does have many of the basic features that we require as an equipment manufacturer, it is lacking in areas such as warehouse management, shipping, and inventory cycle counting.
