Syndio has quickly become more than a vendor to our organization. Because of their depth of knowledge and their ever-expanding array of products, we've come to think of Syndio as our dependable partner in all things Workplace Equity. I've personally never experienced this level of service and attentiveness in any other vendor relationship. I would give Syndio high marks for PayEQ alone, but being able to depend on thought leaders such as Maria and Christine and Nancy to guide me in navigating pay equity in my own organization as well as educate me on external trends and legislation has been invaluable. My only critique of Syndio (and critique is a strong word because I know they're working on this) is the lack of integration with my HR system. It would be nice to have a seamless integration without having to manually upload each time. But I know it's only a matter of time before this is a reality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using Syndio's PayEQ tool to manage our Pay Equity analysis before and during our compensation cycles. The product is easy to use and agile, implementation was thoughtful and supportive, and ongoing support from our CSM, Katrina, and subject matter expert, Issa, has been incredibly helpful as we navigate shifts to our compensation philosophy and the market conditions. We've been using Syndio for two years now and have LOVED it. I have partnered with other companies in the past but those analyses take months and gobs of money. I love that I can work on my file and load it into the system and begin immediately to see where I need to focus remediation efforts.
