I'm using the Community Edition of Syncfusion. I am currently using the Spreadsheet Control and am absolutely thrilled with the quality and functions.

I'm currently using the SyncFusion MAUI ListView and Datagrid controls for my simple aviation Weight and Balance application running on Android and iOS. These controls just work beautifully "out of the box." When I submitted a help request to their user portal, I got answers almost immediately. I use the WinForms part of Syncfusion Essential Studio. There is pretty much every UI component you could need and lots of customization available to make the controls look and feel the way you want them. I specifically like the functionality in the GridGrontrol and GridGroupingControl as they are great for displaying tabular data.

Your support tickets seem to get assigned somewhat randomly and you often are dealing with different people each time. Some of the customer support agents and developers are very good and fix bugs quickly but sometimes your tickets get assigned to junior developers who don't know what they are doing and they often tell you that a bug is fixed when it is not; this can be very time consuming to deal with. Our software, Isolución, allows our corporate customers to implement and maintain their Compliance and Management Systems with control, ease and efficiency.

Our whole user interface is based upon the Syncfusion controls. They have been easy to implement, are nice to our users and we have managed to extend the amount of controls we use. We also use the editors and the conversion tools successfully.

Since, by nature, software is prone to error, we have found mistakes or incidents in the controls but the Syncfusion customer service has been fast and professional, solving them.

Oh... and since controls evolve frequently and we always find new controls and features, we can improve our product more easily by adopting new features of Syncfusion.

I must start by saying that only a few months ago I dedicated myself to WEB programming and the use of Syncfusion components, however at the moment as important components I used Dashboard Layout, chart, Datagrid, Range slider and I had some initial difficulties which then through the guide and forum I managed to use them all almost as I want. However, the component that saved me and speeded up my project is Dashboard Layout, even if there are some things that I wasn't able to change, I find it very important and will continue to explore it. The most difficult component for me is Card, I was unable to adapt the dimensions dynamically, especially when the monitor resolution changes. I didn't find any examples in the guide or forums to change the height and width. I'm probably still inexperienced but I had to make some compromises (I eliminated some components) to integrate it into my project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Changing the license key for uprading to new versions in the past. But this has been made all in all simpler.

It covers most of the components developers need to develop SPA. When I integrated the Syncfusion library, I found that integrating is very smooth because of its intuitive usage. It also provides comprehensive API documentation with well-organized and easy-to-follow examples. The customer support is awesome too. They're very responsive and very helpful. They told me not only what I asked but also what I may need later. Last but not least, the aesthetic side is also wonderful, which makes the site look consistent, professional, and beautiful equipped with strong functionalities.
