Easy to set up to sync with Salesforce and MailChimp with the assistance of the great support team who responds quickly to your emails. I like the ability to "Sync Now" to see if the changes I've made were correct. And the ability to use Marketing Lists in Salesforce allows for multiple groups syncing with just one sync profile. I have been able to set up the addition of contacts to the appropriate Marketing Lists using the Process Builder in Salesforce. Easy to add additional Salesforce orgs to our SyncApps account too. We picked SyncApps because it was the only connector that would support Dynamics CRM on-premise, and we needed a solid integration between CRM and ActiveSync.
