What do you like best about Symphony?

1. Organizing chats with folders is one of the most excellent features.

2. Filtering the chats for a date range.

What is Symphony?

We have a plug and play industry 4.0 solution utilising both a physical component to wirelessly monitor vibrations from any machine with moving components and send the data to the cloud. In the cloud we analyse the data to diagnose the status of the machines health and remaining useful life (RUL). We then put all this information into an easy to use portable iPad application to be used on the facility floor with a companion TV app displaying the overall status for the team.

What do you like best about Symphony?

Symphony is best at it's customer service. If you have any issue after purchasing the product they will help you individually to resolve that issue. And by chance if they are not able to resolve then they will replace the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symphony?

Sometimes their service is not available in the rural areas so that can be a dislike but with time this can be improved. Product can be more reliable for the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Symphony solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is very well known company so that user can trust over past 10 years. One of the main products are summer coolers which I am using for 5 years so it is helping to beat the summer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Symphony?

Symphony is a retail and wholesale solution combined in a single architecture. It provides low entry price point for many startups by supporting multiple customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symphony?

No solutions is totally fit for everything. I don't like to only listening to what's important to our model and implemented solutions at warp speed. May be it can create some doubt in customers mind we need to have more broder perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Symphony solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's an open architecture so, can be combined with any other services easily. Best for OTT and IOT platforms. Integration of various IOT devices are more easier with this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Symphony?

Personally I only use it as a developer, but I can say that the platform is very well documented to start using the api in an easy and fast way, so far I didn't have a big issue, but I just implemented a basic bot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symphony?

I don't have something that I dislike so far; currently, I just built a basic demo, so I don't have a big problematic thing to mention from the perspective that I'm only using the developer's mode Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Symphony?

I like the ease of use of the messaging and the new features constantly made available to the users to help enhance the experience now and then. They are keeping it fresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel the messaging could be more colorful and lively like other messaging apps have going on. It's not because its for business that it should be kept plain as a nature bagel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Symphony?

Good UI, since I'm a bug UI fan I personally liked the UI. Good at that and with easy Ux as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
