In the cloud we analyse the data to diagnose the status of the machines health and remaining useful life (RUL). We then put all this information into an easy to use portable iPad application to be used on the facility floor with a companion TV app displaying the overall status for the team. ## Symphony Reviews ### 1. If you have any issue after purchasing the product they will help you individually to resolve that issue. And by chance if they are not able to resolve then they will replace the product. **What do you dislike about Symphony?** Sometimes their service is not available in the rural areas so that can be a dislike but with time this can be improved. Product can be more reliable for the customer. **What problems is Symphony solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very well known company so that user can trust over past 10 years. One of the main products are summer coolers which I am using for 5 years so it is helping to beat the summer. ### 3. It provides low entry price point for many startups by supporting multiple customers. **What do you dislike about Symphony?** No solutions is totally fit for everything. I don't like to only listening to what's important to our model and implemented solutions at warp speed. May be it can create some doubt in customers mind we need to have more broder perspective. **What problems is Symphony solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an open architecture so, can be combined with any other services easily. Organizing chats with folders is one of the most excellent features. 2. Filtering the chats for a date range. 3. They are keeping it fresh. **What do you dislike about Symphony?** I feel the messaging could be more colorful and lively like other messaging apps have going on. It's not because its for business that it should be kept plain as a nature bagel. **What problems is Symphony solving and how is that benefiting you?** Symphony is solving our private communication issue. We sometimes need to share confidential information on a secure network, and working from home has been more complex than we've been used to. ### 8. Good app for team communications.
