Symantec has helped secure all the school systems very easily. Students are not allowed to access sites which are not meant for them, access control is a wonderful feature. It works in the background all the time to identify any threats and remove them or quarantine from systems. This has also proven to be an asset to prevent any malware attacks in our systems. Symantec WebFilter tool is pretty proactive in detecting threats to the systems. Its anti-malware technology is helping us protect our systems and servers from online threats. It is installed in the systems as part of the entire Symantec Web Suite and is very easy to use as it continuously works in the background to analyze users and their activity. Symantec Secure Access Cloud has become our preferred choice for protecting our system from viruses and cyber threats. What I like best about the program is its intelligence in immediately blocking potential threats, ensuring that our system remains secure. The program efficiently prevents attacks against our system and provides protection for all our web connections and other devices that may pose a contamination risk. While Symantec Secure Access Cloud has been highly effective in reinforcing security points and protecting our machines, there is room for improvement in the program's status reports. I would prefer more detailed and informative notifications regarding the applications and their vulnerabilities. This would help us further enhance the protection of our work environment. It allows accounts with special privileges to filter certain web content and block harmful or inappropriate websites. It also has real-time threat protection so the service is constantly in use to protect you from potentially harmful websites. There's also cloud intergration so the service is linked to the cloud meaning your data is protected alongside the whole security platform.

The customer service the platform provides has been useful when I have had to use it. As well as this the implementation f installing the service was relatively easy too. While it is useful in the services it provides, it can be relatively expensive especially for smaller businesses on smaller budgets. Organisations looking to get a service like this one should probably assess that they can afford it, but if they can should definitely get it because it is a good service as reasoned with in my last answer. There are very limited things i personally didn't like about Symantec WebFilter. One of it is everytime i logged into Symantec WebFilter, i experienced the slow internet speed. Also, it is a bit costier side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
