Swat.io offers three products: Publisher, Inbox, and Suite. Swat.io Publisher allows you to plan and publish different post formats on the most important social media channels. You can see all posts from all channels in a central calendar and collaborate effortlessly with your team. Swat.io Inbox collects all messages, mentions and comments from your brand's social media channels in one place. This helps you save time and gives you a perfect overview at all times. Swat.io Suite combines both Publisher and Inbox to create a unified command center for all your social media management tasks. All products also include a comprehensive analytics section, an activity log for perfect traceability of all actions, and an elaborated roles and permissions management. Prices start at 35 euros per month, depending on the chosen plan and the number of users and channels. A free 21-day trial is available.

What do you like best about Swat.io?

The duplicate function is a timesaver and I like it a lot. Further I do like the the ticket systems, with this you can reply to all comments in one space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swat.io?

For me it's missing a general social media plan, annual basis. I still have my excel file to plan like 1-3months ahead and only settled posts will be implemented in swat.io. I also use the excel file to catch ideas and work on them. This feature I miss in swat.io Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The personal way of handling customer requests and special technical issues is outstanding. I reviewed a lot of competitors, and not one of them is nearly as good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far... - nothing. They are doing everything in just the right way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Swat.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We automatically pull some source data from a webservice and generate some content an images. We then post the content data to Swat.io via the well documented and supported API. Swat.io automatically creates a data object and publishes it to the customers facebook pages without any user participation. To date we did this using the META App, doing tiresome APP reviews every other month and making sure the process does not break due to API changes. With Swat.io erverything now runs seamless and without any additional review overhead - it just works! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
