What I like most about SWAT is that it allows me to collaborate and plan content with my colleagues across the country. Since our team is spread out, SWAT makes it really easy to schedule, reschedule, and duplicate content while keeping an overview of everything. Ich benutze Swat.io schon seit vielen Jahren täglich, und es wird ständig besser. Das Tool hat ein übersichtliches Interface, in dem die für die tägliche Arbeit zur Verfügung stehenden Funktionen einfach zu finden sind. Durch die kleinteilige Rollenverteilung lassen sich auch komplexe Teamstrukturen abbilden und leicht in den Arbeitsalltag implementieren und integrieren. Gleichzeitig kann ich die Geschwindigkeit und Qualität des deutschsprachigen Kundendienstes nicht genug hervorheben.
Der Kundendienst nimmt auch Verbesserungsvorschäge entgegen, ordnet sie ein und gibt sie an die Entwicklung weiter. Mindestens zwei meiner Vorschläge hat Swat.io über die Jahre in die Software integriert – das Tool entwickelt sich also wirklich entlang der Bedürfnisse seiner Kund:innen. Zwei Dinge kann ich bei Swat.io aktuell (Januar 2025) noch kritisieren:
1. die Administration des Accounts. Das Interface dafür ist nicht besonders intuitiv. Allerdings muss ich es auch so gut wie nie öffnen, nachdem ich das Tool einmal eingerichtet habe. Dieser Punkt ist daher aus meiner Sicht nur geringfügig.
2. die Analyse und Reports. Der Analyse-Teil des Tools hat lange keine Aktualisierung mehr erfahren und der Reports-Bereich ist kaum der Betaphase entwachsen. So far there is nothing I particularly dislike about swa.tio. Sometimes I feel like it might not show me all the comments I have received on Instagram or Facebook that I haven't read yet – I always check back with Meta Business Manager to make sure and am pretty sure I would have missed some if I hadn't done that. Was uns jedoch fehlt, ist die Möglichkeit, Storys vorzuplanen – das wäre ein echter Mehrwert. Auch die KI-Funktionen sind zwar spannend, aber noch nicht ganz ausgereift. - Die Ansicht in der Contentplanung finde ich nicht optimal. Mein Wunsch wäre hier etwas kleinteiliger zu arbeiten, damit man größere Zeiträume visualisieren kann.
- Es wäre schön, wenn man im Communitymanagment Kommentare und Nachrichten auf den diversene Plattformen liken könnte. Bei LinkedIn oder Insta-Stories funktioniert das z.B. nicht, sodass man sich erst wieder bei der Plattform einloggen muss.
- Kommentare zu Sujets aus Kampagnen werden im Communitymanagement nicht angezeigt (Instagram).
- Wenn man ein Video im Publisher hochlädt, welches nicht den Spezifikationen entspricht, sollte gleich eine Fehlermeldung kommen, die das Posting nicht vorplanen lässt. So kann man umgehen, dass Postings nicht veröffentlicht werden können. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The approach to including different social networks together with different users helps us to manage some hundred channels with 10 suborganisations and many hundred volunteeer and paid-staff users. It works for community management and planned outgoing communication including channel sharing over innerorganisational borders.
