Swan AI is a disruptive solution unlike any other retail analytics and loyalty management platform available. It offers powerful customer segmentation capabilites, allowing for detailed insights based on demographics, customer behavior, price sensitity. Swan AI can unify online and offline and all customer touch points to allow a retailer or business to understand the full customer journey. The system is extremely easy to use and allows fast creation of marketing campaigns, plus the ability to quickly analyze the results using real time or static data. In the fast changing customer trends, Swan AI allows immediate results to allow for fast changing campaigns to support effective marketing campaigns and increase customer engagement.
