The interface is very user friendly, and I love the varios customizations options , such as creating custom audiences , the smart question logic (which recently updated) , and the ease of survey creation, along with integrations with other tools. Some audience options dont allow uploading a list with the IDs I want to consider, so I have to add them one by one. It would also be helpful to have warning when the audiencia settings seem incorret *(like when I mistakenly used only AND instead of OR and got no responses). Additionally, alerts for very similar audiences could help merge them if need.

well best part about survicate is that it makes very easy even to set up the most complex surveys, another thing i like is the customization like one can customize their survey, question type, formats very easily. a person with not much technical knowledge can also easily use it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the only thing that i dislike is that when i try to make quick changes then its not very handy, it lacks smoothness like it becomes slow. when designing a survey one might need to make quick final changes before finalizing only at such time it lags a bit in processing rest all good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The things that I like the most about their product are:

Survicate is a pretty straightforward and easy to use survey tool. This allows product, marketing and CS teams within our company to set up and run their own surveys with little to no assistance from the market research team. It doesn't allow very complex routing or intricate quotas, but for simple to moderate complexity surveys it's great!

Also, we can easily integrate it with internal systems, so we can extract and report on NPS number in a single platform.
