SurePayroll Pros and Cons

Works great for a nanny service. Great customer service and availability. Easy to use interface and intuitive software. Lots of functionaility. Good price point and functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fees were not completely understand at the signup. For example the end of year processing fees. Also, when you log onto profile it would be great if you could easily access what the fees are for, as in a receipt for everything charged to your account. SurePayroll is easy to set up and use. After setting up your account, you can easily run a Payroll in under 3 minutes. There are many options for automatic payroll as well. It also provides a portal for your employees to receive their pay stubs and tax forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Set up is a little confusing to do on your own if you have never used a payroll company before, but customer support is available to walk you through the set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to run your payroll every week and any time that I have had a question, they have had chat agents available to walk me through solutions to anything I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a little hard to tell when and how they are paying the taxes they collect for you to the government. I wish there was a better place within their software to view this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great Payroll Service! SurePayroll has an extremely user-friendly interface that gives the employer full control over the payroll process. Matthew Grimes was exceptionally helpful in the account setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As far as I can tell (at least so far in my experience with SurePayroll) there are no downsides or negative aspects to this payroll service (which is not something that I can say about other payroll services). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
