I'm not too happy with SurePayroll. The customer service response is slow, which can be frustrating when I need timely assistance. Also, they don't provide detailed transmittal reports for pay stubs, which is an issue when the North Carolina labor department requests them. Setting up initially was also confusing and time-consuming, and the account representative didn't respond promptly either. Overall, these issues make it hard for me to recommend SurePayroll. Extremmely cost-effective, easy to us for a small Business Ender 10 employees. One employee profiles and tax infomation are set up, running routine payroll takes two-three minutes. Users love the ability to sét salaried employees on "autopilot" so pay run without manual input every pay period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like SurePayroll because it's easy to use, especially when it comes to printing off pay stubs and navigating the site. What I don’t like about SurePayroll is that there aren’t any onboarding workflows and more manual data entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not recommend Sure Payroll based on my own experience. The company did not file my reemployment taxes and I had to file and pay my own reemployment taxes even though they were deducting my reemployment taxes every payroll. To this date, I still have not gotten reimbursed for the amount I personally had to pay. I received letters from the Florida Department of Revenue stating that none of my reemployment taxes were filed. Could you image a business owner paid for this service at Sure Payroll & it was not being performed. I then had to lose production time and take time away from my business to make calls back & forth with the Florida Department of Revenue to oversee this matter because no one at Sure Payroll would return my calls or offered to help. This matter has been going on since 2022 and no one has reached out to fully assist in this matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Representatives are not helpful. They do not call back. They place you on extreme holds. They do collect your reemployment taxes and do not send to the Florida Department of Revenue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am particularly impressed with the experience I had while setting up a new account with SurePayroll. Daniel Moran was amazing and played a significant role in making the setup process very easy and smooth for me. His outstanding support left a positive impression on me, which is the reason I am leaving this review. The ease of setup facilitated by his assistance made a complex task straightforward and efficient. I also use SurePayroll primarily for its payroll capabilities, which work effectively for my needs. I had a great experience with SurePayroll. Yaqoob was amazing to work with. He was way more on top of things than I was and kept me on track with every step I needed to complete. He was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had. The payroll layout is also really easy to navigate. I would recommend SurePayroll to colleagues 100%.
