They have an exceptional Customer Service team and they are willing to assist in any way they can. Their deduction recovery solutions have helped us recover significant money from a number of our major retail partners. The solution they provide is extremely easy to use and we love the dashboards provided. They also assist with compliance to help us avoid costly deductions in the first place. In addition, they continue to evolve and improve on their existing solutions, and they listen to what their clients have to say. Supply Pike is very easy to naviagte and has become a part of my daily work tasks. When I started using this platform to dispute Walmart claims for my company, disputing became much less stressful as their system intergrations are an amazing feature. Additionally, whenever I have problems or questions, the Supply Pike chat system is super fast. Their team is full of kind and helpful people like Bryan & Sam who have helped me resolve many issues! There are reports I run in Supply Pike on a certain basis that I use it's values for my own report. However, I find that the values sometimes can be inaccurate which makes it harder for me to determine if I should use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their intuitive dashboard and systems take all the hard lifting out of researching and fighting deductions. Customer portals can be notoriously frustrating and designed to be difficult in order to discourage reclamation claims from being filed. SupplyPike makes it possible to root cause, apply corrective actions, prioritize, and fight deductions with high financial impact with ease. There was a problem with Walmart the deduction was denied, within the remittance Walmart was taking allowances from the generated invoice but the credit was calculated at the original amount and we lost some money in the process. In Supply Pike platform If a deduction has been paid partially, we cannot re-submitt the invoice for dispute, It shows paid, even though we have a large unpaid balance. I have to go to the retailer's portal to re-submit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app is user-friendly and feature-rich. In addition, there are are knowledgeable, proactive representives to help. In fact, every single person is helpful and great to work with.

There is not one aspect of SupplyPike that I don't like. It used to be that deductions I wasn't going to dispute couldn't be archived, but the SupplyPike architects solved that, leaving me with absolutely zero complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful thing about Supply Pike is the integrations with carriers to pull together shipping documents to aid disputing chargebacks. The upside to using SP is the time it saves our AR department in disputing and tracking chargebacks, with auto-dispute it's a breeze. Processes that used to take up alot of man-power during the week now takes a few minutes a day.

Wish they had better integrations to pull vendor invoices in for dispute. Right now a member of our team has to remember to put system invoices into a Sharepoint folder.
