I appreciate that we don't have to do any of the work ourselves because our account rep, Kelsey Wyton, and her team handle all of it. Kelsey is a great representative—she's pleasant, responsive, and excellent about following up. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she gets it from her team and reports back quickly. Their knowledge of Amazon's processes and technology helps interface with Amazon, significantly reducing the time and effort my team would need to put in. I find the portal of SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery very easy to use, and it's incredibly user-friendly. The reporting features are really helpful, providing an identifiable section for each customer to review urgent deductions, follow up on those that need it, and manage new deductions. It allows me to quickly get a high-level view of where gaps may exist in our dispute process and prioritize items that need to be resolved. The initial setup was very easy too. I like that SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery is an automated system and that we only pay based on the amount we get recovered. If they don't recover anything, we don't have to pay, which means there's no downside to using the service—it's all upside. This service has added 100% profit to our bottom line because we don't pay unless they recover money for us. Without it, we wouldn't be recovering this money, and it directly impacts our company profitability. I love that it is so easy to use, once you do the initial set up (which is very simple to integrate to your Amazon FBA account), the process is seamlessly and automatic. What I like most about Carbon6 is how easily it integrates into our internal workflows. At True-Kare, we use it mainly to manage deductions and access marketplace-related analytics linked to our telecare products. The dashboard is clear, and the way it centralizes data saves a huge amount of time for our operations and finance teams.
