It has very good functionality for creating quotes based off standardised pricelists that can be uploaded from an excel spreadsheet, making it very quick, easy and predictable to produce these. There is a lot of flexibility as to how the quote is formatted allowing us to create a template that suits our needs and is attractive for customers. The CRM system itself is intuitive, visually pleasing, and comprehensive. Reporting is also very easy and requires little time to produce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SuperOffice Online is a very relible system that fits our needs with more than 400 users. In its current version it is highly configurable and adaptiv. The dashboard module has helped us a lot to create business process driven overviews for each department within the organization. The best feature is the ticket handling system and we handle 2000 tickets per day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is its uniqe user interface that need som explanation and adoption to really understand. But when you learn how things is organized you really appriciate its flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the great possibilities to customise the system for individual users, I work with marketing but also back-end SuperOffice as the "Go to guy" to solve issues or user rights. The UI is built in an okay way, it feels a bit outdated at times but its simple to use once you get the hang of it. There's not anything Major that I dislike about SuperOffice, all the Sales, Company cards, Contact cards etc are fine and no additions needed in my opinion, I would like to see more improvement made on the Marketing side. Better possibilities to create more nuance newsletters, the tool is in my opinion a bit outdated compared to what exists today. There's no full drag & drop, its still kind of locked in that sense and images don't crop the way I want to. At the end of the day there's quite a lot of work needed to be done to images you want to attach, before you attach them, otherwise they will look messed up. I would take inspiration from Squarespace and the way you build websites on their platform, it's basically a grid where you can resize/move things as you please. We are using SuperOffice Service to handle requests from our customers in an efficient way. To be able to easily set up templates and create an effective workflow for consultants working with tickets is great, as well as the ability to measure answer times etc and get intuitive dashboards. Maybe that the user interface could be a little more intuitive and require less clicks to get stuff done.
