It has been highly beneficial for me that Superfone offers VoIP calls, CRM platform, and Whatsapp API in one solution. This cost effectiveness compared to some highly complex and sophisticated software meant for large enterprises makes Superfone a cost effective product for my business. Superfone has many exciting features like report tracking means me and my sales team can check out the sales on weekly, monthly or yearly basis in very attractive manner. We use it for our custome caller tunes and call recordings of the sales team. Also it tracks team activity and task assignment to the team members which is very productive and easy to use. It costs very highly for their ELITE customers and IVR systems are not present in their free trial, which means user needs to take paid plans everytime. And in paid plans also, IVR lags many times and it is very slow than other CRM tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
