SumTotal Pros and Cons

I liked the versatility that SumTotal provides its kind of impressive. It's very adaptable to various needs. Offers robust tools for learning management, performance tracking, and talent acquisition in one cohesive platform. I have Experienced it have user-friendly interface which standouts. Its implementation and integration are also quite easy which provides easy access for both administrator and employees.

I had been using SumTotal to learn business knowledge and domain knowledge by enrolling a course on SumTotal in our company portal. Tracking of course and my performance being easy in SumTotal so sure shot its good tool. It has helped me managing course content seamlessly so most of the time I use SumTotal as go to tool. I don't have so many positive things to limit this system. The system is very powerful, but not easy to use. They are a great investment but it seems that the system is very poorly structured and sincerely lacks much more. Our account manager is very responsive and helpful. They have a heavy customer service, the system is very inflexible. You cannot create evaluation forms, and you have to pay to have it done every year, even if it is a totally different year. The administration system is not easy to use and requires more business and navigation than normal. In addition, the learning interface is extremely difficult to work.
