What do you like best about Streem?

Streem has empowered our team to visually diagnose and resolve customer issues more accuratly.

Streem is very easy to use for both parties, as it requires no app to be installed.

The ability to use AR overlays and screenshots that capture serial numbers have been very useful.

Most of all our Streem Rep Maricel Gamolo has made this integration very seemless. She provides updates and listen to our needs and respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

So far no dislike but they are always improving their services.

The only issue is usually on the end user side, where the mobile device we are calling may have bad netwrok connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streem allowed us to be onsite remotely with the installer/dealer, this allowed our tech team to see what they see and capture images and videos of the issues that are being faced on site.

What do you like best about Streem?

With Streem we're able to connect our business with the customers through live video chat that allows face-to-face communication between our customers and business. This has helped to resolve issues more quickly and efficiently. It's available for iOS and Android devices, allowing customers to access support from anywhere at anytime. It also offers seamless integrations with other business tools such as CRM systems and Help Desk software, hence streamlining our customer support processes. What do you like best about Streem?

Streem is a simple application that was easy to use and deploy across our organzation. We use Streem to conduct virtual site visits in lieu of phyically going to customer homes. In 80%+ of cases we are able to collect the information we need to accurately scope a job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

Our customers occasionally run into network connectivity issues, particuarly when using Streem outdoors. The annotation tool overwrites original photos; we'd prefer it to preserve a copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Streem?

What do you like best about Streem?

Seeing exactly what the tech is looking at while resolving the repair will speed up the call. Great time saver. Also allows the customer service person to see other things that the dealer tech does not talk about but also needs attention. Creating a video that others can review has proven to be a great tool. Everything is working great. The connectivity can be an issue but that is not streems fault. Getting the voice included with the video has been a challenge due to software working together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Streem?

The convenience of being able to view the issue in real time when diagnosing problems, walking a customer through a step by step procedure and being able to share the streem with co workers when a case is needed to be escalated or just need a second pair of eyes or opinion on a case. It is also very convenient that the customer does not have to download the app. We just have to send them a text and then we are ready to streem. The process is very simple and easy to use. It also eliminates having to take someones word as to why something went wrong. We can streem and visibly see what went wrong and what caused the issue at hand thanks to streem. Doesn't take up memory space on my computer. If the customer has a phone with a camera we are able to streem and that is so convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

My only complaint would be that it there is a lag when taking screenshots and the playback can sometimes be choppy while Streeming, it would be great if you can use this tool offline and most of the time it takes a while for the video to upload when you need to share the streem for co-workers to view the video. Sometimes the audio echos and is hard to understand the customer. I'm not sure if you are able to join more than 2 people in a streem but if you can't than that should be considered to have group streems. for example, if I need to set up a dealer to come to a customers home we could streem with the dealer and customer on the streem at the same time and that would eliminate any cross confusion. What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of describing an issue I can see it right away and helps resolve an issue faster and accurately. This tool allows us to verify if the customer is at fault or if its a mechanical problem with our product. This app basically verifies the truth instead of taking someones word for it. Much easier to share info with co-workers. There is no download time and the screen shots and videos are very clear and able to view everything perfectly. The screenshots are taken in a higher quality than the video. this makes it easier to screenshot issues and show the problem in detail. Also the laser pointer and drawing features make it so much easier to aide the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
