Excellent customer support, cutting edge, versatile, continuously improving tool. I like that the frontload on this pays off long term - dashboards can be set up and monitored, but also easily modified if needs change. With stratifyd I see what my clients and employees are saying across every interaction channel. This can be voice or chat or surveys or crm or public forums.
