It's a great way to capture short videos which is useful for things such as getting customer feedback or testimonials about a product. It's an easy way to quickly skim video without having to open and close a lot of videos which can be large, chunky files. The UI is also really clean and enjoyable to use. What I like most is the flexibility of asynchronous video. I don't need to see every customer in real time to communicate in a personalised way, I can send a video when I want to and get a response when they have time. This format feels more human and the interaction feels more intimate and authentic than a simple written response. The variety of user-generated content is incredible.
