The UX and usability could be improved overall, as the operation seems unnecessarily complicated and not very intuitive in some places.
The overview of budgets and portfolios in influencer collaborations is not optimal: Especially when working regularly with creators, a clearly structured and comprehensive presentation is missing, for example, regarding portfolios, services, and the current budget status.
The messaging function is also not practical for our purposes. The initial message works, but there are problems with replies or attachments – attachments are not displayed correctly or are missing entirely.
