But the biggest advantage is clearly that I no longer have to save or collect content manually—thanks to automatic tracking (even beyond 24 hours for stories!), everything is neatly documented.

There are some limitations with the content media types that you can download i.e. only thumbnails for Reels and carousel covers that aren't always necessarily the images with the brand mention. We've also found that visibility of conversation threads (after mass outreach) isn't as user friendly as a traditional mailbox feature.
