Storyblocks is my absolute favorite platform for creative projects! You can find everything here: templates, presets, green screens, super cool music, and sound effects – perfect for taking your videos or designs to the next level.
What’s especially practical: If you’re using Adobe Premiere, you can integrate the Storyblocks add-on directly into the software and import videos or sound effects straight into your project. It saves so much time and makes the workflow incredibly smooth.
The variety of content is huge, and the quality impresses me every time. Whether it’s for small projects or big productions – Storyblocks is always my go-to.
Big thanks to the team for this fantastic platform! I highly recommend it to any creative out there. 😊 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I love Storyblocks, I think there’s room for improvement in certain areas. For instance, the search function could be a bit more precise, as sometimes it takes a while to find exactly what I need. Additionally, it would be great to see even more localized content or culturally diverse options in the library. But overall, these are minor points compared to the overall value the platform provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an independent musician....just having still pix or bad live video
with bad audio is not something I was interested in.
So storyblocks gave me an option to do something different.
You still have to have some wherewithal to edit video. It's very time consuming.
And the music tracks in my videos are all customized.
But to have the storyblocks visuals available really ups the anti for me personally...
They just look great... but you still have to fill in the other variables.
If it wasn't for storyblocks.... I couldn't do what I do.
I think the other thing to realize is Storyblocks is not just a cut n paste library.
I guess you could... but I think Storyblocks works best if you already have a vision
for a brand or whatever it is you're promoting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't really say I dislike anything in Storyblocks.... I have a specific use for it. I get a lot out of it... and I get new ideas from it as well... I'm not a super experienced video producer. I'm a DIY musician. Who has to venture into more video because of socials. So I like the "angle" I can apply because of the SB content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For years the process of finding great audio and video content has always been something that has had a high value to me. However, finding a service that can do this without breaking the bank has been challenging. I found that AudioBlocks and VideoBlocks respectively are my "go to" resources when I need good content without spending a ton of money. I don't mind paying for it, but the price has to be reasonable. Audioblocks / Videoblocks has the ideal combination of " lots of great content plus affordable montly price " and that's what I like the most about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if there were a very low price tier for , lets say 3 or 4 downloads a month ( between audio and video ) that were only $15 a month or something like that. $65 a month is a good price but only when I'm needing a lot of content. So a lower tier would be helpful , so that way I could jut let my subscription run all year long without having to stop / restart, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Storyblocks is one of the first video editing online software programs I tried using when I decided to create videos. I've tried some others, but Storyblock's Maker program is so easy to use and the content is so rich and diversified, there is no contest when it comes to a light-weight video editor! It may not have as many features as Adobe Premiere Pro but it's made with the beginner to intermediate experienced editor in mind. It's very easy to learn, and it has enough tools and capabilities that a user can create anything from music videos and podcasts to news features and short video stories as well as quiz shows. I've used it over the last 5 months to create over 250 videos I've uploaded to YouTube. I've used it for my classroom as a school teacher, for making music lyric videos and Bible chapter videos for my church, and trivia shows for my friends and family. It's not meant to be the answer for an advanced video editor, like one who uses Adobe Premiere Pro, as it is limited in its functionality, but it's made in a way to not overwhelm the user, especially if he/she is new to video editing. It has a limit of 7 minutes for a video, which means its use, speed, and exporting may result in errors if you are looking to make a video longer than that time limit. The abundance of content, the series of content and the search facilities are very accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I live in the U.K and there's not much U.K content on there. I think you should have occasional prompt's and direction to this in countries / regions that is lacking geographical content. How to upload, what quality is required and how royalties work.
I feel a lot of people who use storyblocks for content are likely videographers - photographers themselves and could easily add to the content on the site.
I've use led storyblocks for 3 years and have never seen a way to upload content.
If it says it somewhere, it not catching my attention enough so it needs looking at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Storyblocks is a one stop shop for footage, still images, premiere pro templates, music & sound efx that seamlessly integrate with Adobe products. It is the most cost effective way to create content for broadcast and social media. It allows producers & editors access to high quality creative content for less than their stock footage and stock music competitors. Searching for and creating project folders is easy. The music section offers a myriad of genres and moods and lengths that are perfect for any project. Their team constantly updates and curates new content and are there for you if you have any questions or concerns. I have been using Storyblocks for years and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a stock footage and music solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Searching for like footate with same setting or subjects is not as easy as it was a few years back. It now offers similar footage in searches, but different people or places which is good, but finding different shots of the same person, place or thing is also important. Storyblocks offers an astronomical array of resources that help me express my media creativity! I produce educational videos designed for English and American Sign Language acquisition for my Read with ASL channel. With Storyblocks video clips, photos, music, and sound effects, I'm able to create unique videos showcasing these language resources. When putting together these educational videos, I know that I can easily search Storyblocks to find the media I need to bring my vision to life! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only problem I have with Storyblocks is the small number of video recordings showing Deaf people using American Sign Language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using Storyblocks for the past 2 years for Royalty Free Audio, video, and sound effects clips for my Youtube channel (DJduanestechtips) and for my other video production projects. I originally signed up to get the amazing video clips but then found out their music library was totally awesome. I was actually subscribing to 2 other royalty free music services and was able to cancel both and just use Storyblocks as it has everything I need in one amazing package! Storyblocks also has video templates for After Effects, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve and Apple Motion. This package should cost a lot more but PLEASE don't let them know that! I reallly haven't found any downside to using Storyblocks so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been a Storyblocks subscriber for 14 years. What I like best about Storyblocks is the great value for the low price. A lot of stock media houses will nickel and dime you to death, and once you pull the trigger to buy the media, there's no going back. With Storyblocks, it's a fixed membership fee, and 99% of the time I can find what I need. A major bonus is what comes with the membership; video clips, music cuts, still photos, graphics, sound effects, and motion graphic templates for After Effects and Apple Motion. And, I know Storyblocks is in the process of adding thousands of new still photos in the coming months.
Customer support is speedy and responsive. That's a big deal in my book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, I can't find a wide enough selection of a specific thing that I search for. It's usually something obscure, like, jigsaw tool. More expensive stock media giants might have 200 images of a jigsaw, but storyblocks might only have 35. Otherwise, there is a wide selction to choose from to make zillions of quality videos, social media ads, presentations, motion graphics, and much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like about Storyblocks is the variety of assets. As a content creator, I find inspiration and always the right creatives that I need to create customer projects or my own.
If I need to or need to work quickly, I use the internal tools to edit short videos. It is easy to use. Storyblocks is interesting because I can find everything I need for my daily work in one place. I have been a customer for 4 or 5 years and I keep booking. Greetings from a German creator from Cyprus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a huge range of products on the market. Of course, I have tried other platforms, but I always come back to Storyblocks because I haven't found a more comprehensive program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
