What do you like best about StockIQ?

They can tailor their offering to best suit our application, which is far from out of the box.

Friendly and patient staff, as happy talking with the pc guru's as they are talking to lay-men like myself.

Pro-actively introducing webinars and other content to fine-tune use of their package.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

For us, it is purely time-zone related here. I have nothing else I dislike, webinars are useful, tools are great. However, with every forecasting tool, if climate dynamics are off, it can only do so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StockIQ?

I love the ability to automate and customize tasks. The Alerts screen really allows us to plan around exceptions instead of scouring through each item site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

There are certain modules that need more development (Blanket Purchase Orders). I think SIQ is growing fast (which I think is amazing), but can limit the amount of support they can provide to their current customers.

I also think it would be useful to have a phone number to call- this would make comms easier and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StockIQ?

1) StockIQ was able to connect easily to our ERP. Once connected, we were able to see our data right away in StockIQ. 2) It is very easy to login and see a topline overview. 3) The customer support team is very responsive. I have almost always gotten resolution issues the same day. 4) The forecasting visual chart makes it easy to compare actuals to forecast and make adjustments based on their stat model forecast. 5) I login everyday and can quickly find the information I need. 6) The StockIQ team is very agile and open to feedback. They have made updates based on our needs within a few weeks, where other tools have taken a year or more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

The reporting in the StockIQ app is less than ideal. However, we were able to connect to the data in StockIQ through Power BI and create a powerful suite of our own reports. What do you like best about StockIQ?

StockIQ is constantly evaluating and reevaluating our stocking policies to optomize in real-time based on actual lead times, service level goals and budgetary goals. Customer support is 5 out of 5.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

Vendor scorecard is not easily utilized and could use some improvement.

Update: Vendor scorecard has been improved upon since original post. We now use the scorecard to send out our own vendor scorecards to top suppliers. This has improved our service levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StockIQ?

I like how simple it is to use StockIQ. Forecasting is very complex and there is a lot of data involved, but StockIQ does all the hard work for you so you can focus on inventory health. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

If StockIQ could have a capaicty tool added, that would be great. And then also a way for the sales team to submit a forecast and then we approve it if we agree and then that becomes the new operational forecast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StockIQ?

We selected StockIQ many years ago to help us get a handle on our inventory at our central distribution hub and our spoke warehouses, and it has delivered on that promise. Excess and dead stock is down at all our branches, service level is up, and our central hub is running leaner than ever. I credit them with being the key reason we stayed profitable through the COVID years. The software really works, but on top of that, it’s backed with the most amazing support team I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot express enough how empowering it is to know I can contact them with any question or issue we have and they will get us an answer. StockIQ has proven over and over their commitment to our partnership. Their Supply Chain expertise has assisted our company in navigating the inventory challenges that accompany explosive growth. They are our favorite software vendor by a mile.

A responsive team, supply chain planning software that is intuitive and provides all that my planners need to get their job done.

I contacted StockIQ a week after going live on a new ERP. The information our planning department required to launch Purchase and Transfer orders was unavailable. Planners were not getting the necessary information to conduct daily purchases and transfers to branch facilities. The planning team struggled to plan timely replenishments and meet the high volume of replenishments to our hub and satellite facilities due to the lack of information.

The team at StockIQ fast-tracked a start date and completed an implementation and training in three weeks.

The software is very intuitive, making for a rapid adoption with the planners. The planning team was up and running quickly and is planning with confidence.

The user interface provides flexibility in that I can view SKUs in aggregate or individually, which helps analyze the flow of movement. The team at StockIQ is quick to respond to any service requests.

StockIQ is the only software vendor that cares as much about making the software work for you as selling it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StockIQ?

I'm absolutely in love with StockIQ! The software is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making demand planning so much easier and more reliable. I often wonder how I ever managed forecasting and purchasing without it!

The webinars are fantastic too—they offer a great opportunity to explore new features and refine my skills with the platform.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer support. Jenna Hartzler, the Customer Success Manager (she is the best, no joke!), has been a true blessing throughout the entire process. She handles every question and ticket promptly, patiently and effectively, ensuring I always feel supported.

What do you like best about StockIQ?

SIQ is easy to learn and intuitive to use. Their development team makes smart software updates and seek user feedback to make the experience and tools more functional and under-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

It would be nice if there is an icon or marker showing if a product has a model adjustment on a forecast that might affect normal SIQ algorithms. It's difficult to see these are in effect when managing many SKUs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StockIQ?

I've worked with a number of forecasting solutions but Stock IQ is the most accurate I've seen. They don't rely on downloads to spreadsheets, rather they are the whole deal, full integration with our ERP and order creation in the package. As for enhancements, my wish is there command. They take customer suggestions seriously with an amazing turnaround time to make it happen. Incorporating AI is not just a buzzword here. It's being incorpated to make a difference. We use it daily for our every day buying/ forecasting and monthly for our S&OP meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StockIQ?

I am looking for more S&OP related reports but they recently showed me they are going to roll out exactly that immenently. They have a bit more to do to in this area around highlighting gaps between outlook and budget under different scenarios but again , I know they are working on that hard. What do you like best about StockIQ?

Stock IQ has provided drastic improvement on the way we manage sporadic and slow moving inventory. IQ does a great job of suggesting the right products and right quantities on our purchase orders. Previously, we would manually adjust the suggested order quantities. This is no longer necessary. The Stock IQ customer service team is very responsive to any and all requests.
