I find Netstock very easy and intuitive to use, which is great. It's also pretty easy to pull reports and see what's going on. I like how we can quickly see how a SKU has been performing and the sales quantity, and it provides a good tool for our purchasing team when they need to place purchase orders. The graphs are very intuitive and easy to drill into, which helps us communicate clearly where we can make the biggest differences in our stockholding. I really appreciate the dashboard and opportunity engine. The dashboard gives me a clear summary of what's happening across all our locations, especially with potential stockouts, stockouts, and excess stock. The opportunity engine has helped me catch excess or dead stock in one location that can be transferred to another, saving us from having hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of product just sitting unsold. It also flags overdue POs and potential stockouts, which lets me act before they become bigger issues. Since using Netstock, I've managed to reduce extra stock by about 10% and freed up a lot of my time that would otherwise be spent manually checking multiple locations and SKUs. I love how Netstock gives me a live, accurate snapshot of inventory status for any SKU at a glance, including current stock, sales forecasts, sales orders, and supplier orders. I can't say we've made much use of the redistribution module, since our process doesn't really allow for bringing inventory back from Amazon or our 3PL once it's sent out. It would be nice if there were easier ways to handle that, but for us it's just not practical. I find that Netstock could improve its functionality by allowing classifications or statuses to be viewed more specifically by vendor. Our operations are broken down by vendor, so having the freedom to apply this structure within Netstock would be hugely beneficial. Additionally, although the initial setup was fairly easy for most, some of our older employees faced difficulties, suggesting that the system may not be as intuitive for less tech-savvy users. I still have to manually adjust order recommendations due to batching constraints and minimum order quantities, as Netstock doesn’t automate this yet. While Netstock's Opportunity Engine is powerful, it's not perfect for our business's unique idiosyncrasies. About half of its recommendations aren't directly actionable due to custom orders or product nuances, so our managers need to use their judgment to filter suggestions. I like that Netstock does all the hard thinking for me and shows opportunities I may have missed.
