StockIQ has allowed us to completely retire the use of Excel Spreadsheets for planning. If you put the time in to provide accurate data, the platform will produce an accurate planning picture in a fraction of the time. It has completely transformed our planning process. When questions/concers arise, the support team is prompt and knowledgable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None at this time. If you have a dislike, the team at StockIQ goes out of their way to add features, reports, etc to improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
StockIQ is by far the best forecasting software I've used in terms of visualization and intuitiveness. I like the variety of reporting that's available, and the graphics/dashboards are actually helpful. Another highlight is how easy it is to work with technical support - the process is so simple. You just email the support team and they get right back to you; I haven't had any issues remain unresolved more than a few days (that's night and day in comparison to the support experience with some of the larger ERP/forecasting systems I've used at previous companies).
Our company has only been on SIQ for about two and a half years, so we aren't fully planning in the system with no manual Excel processes yet, but we are certainly on our way there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been times that updates go through that impact the way the dashboard metrics are calculated (i.e. excess inventory), which is tough because we use the SIQ metrics as our KPIs. We're in SIQ multiple times a day every day, so we were able to notice within a day of the update going through and the SIQ support team was able to fix it for us within a day. That's the one real gripe I have - the updates that go through and make changes to the way the forecast calculates/inventory calculates/etc. I don't mind an update (and I appreciate the frequent improvements) but SIQ is the primary software we're using to manage our inventory and forecasts, so unless we notice the change and adjust to it quickly we could stock out or have inventory excess. This brings forecasts, history, special events, and supply chain all together to provide an unbiased statistical analysis and purchasing recommendations for the hundreds of products in our portfolio. I'm also very impressed with the responsiveness of the Stock IQ team to feedback they receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve is steep. There are many "levers and knobs" to understand to ensure one is using it correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the customability and variety of options for each view/report. I use Stock IQ throughout the day to assess incoming inventory and thoroughly look at individual product. When placing orders, it is easy to determine the quantities of products based on our prior need and availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything I can think to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Flexibile system + good support + offers solutions to a variety of problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems we're one of the first users on a couple of the functions we were excited to use, so there aren't best practices + training established yet. (also tables don't support mouse side scroll) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use StockIQ to help manage our vendors and supply side. The supplier reporting and lead time tracking is way better than what we did before, and we’re getting way more accuracy on our actual lead times as a result. Being able to provide charts and data to our suppliers, showing them their performance with almost no effort makes sourcing and negotiating a lot easier than building things in Excel. They’re really helpful when I have any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could click a button and get one single supplier report, but that’s about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to navigate and get around in. We use it for our forecasting and production tool. There are multiple gropus that use it within our organization. If we have issues customer support is willing to get onto a call with us and walk through the problems we are currently having. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software works just fine fo what I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
StockIQ is an awesome tool and their support is even better. I use StockIQ daily to manage overall inventory, demand plan, purchase, run simulations, and find outliers and issues. The new AI features for detecting unusual sales and handling them are making it even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They add new features regularly, so sometimes it’s hard to keep up with what is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the visual aspects of Stock IQ. It gives a great "at a glance" snapshot that is easy to decipher. I use it daily to review stock outs, overstocks and other alerts.

Ease of use and was able to learn new ways to access the information I use regularly. Everyone involved at Stock IQ is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and there are no "dumb questions". They are all very comfortable to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
