What do you like best about Starred?

Starred is easy to use, and easier to navigate. Once you work with a rep to set up your workflows and connect it to your Applicant tracking system, the number of features are really endless. The integration is easy to setup, and different surveys make it easy to support new initiatives just within a few months while looking at your matrix. Our recruiters are notified monthly of their scorecards and our customer support team wants us to leverage the data to surpass our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Starred?

The only thing Starred is missing is a pure benchmark. We'd love to know if our NPS score is in the realm of other comapnies of the same size, but understand it all goes back to hiring volume - rejections tend to leave lower scores than those hired. What do you like best about Starred?

What I really like about Starred is that how easy it is to use to gather feedback from candidates. And I want to mention their customer support team, they always are super quick to answer and help out every time we are in need of help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Starred?

It would be great to have a dashboard where we could see clear trends on each subject that we track for each of our recruiters to see how they are doing over some time period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Starred?

- I like how easy it is to create a survey for each step of the recruitment process. I took a template and customized it to fit what we need. The Priority Matrix tells me exactly what I need to do to improve our Candidate Experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Starred?

- There isn't much I dislike at this point and Starred is releasing cool updates almost every month. There is an occasional bug here in there but what software doesn't have this? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Starred solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Our recruitment was a black box. We didn't really know how applicants experienced our company, especially rejected candidates. We have many candidates each year and it is crucial to understand if they are still a fan of the brand after their application. What do you like best about Starred?
