Top Rated Standuply Alternatives
My team and I have had a great experience with Standuply so far. We're using it for a general weekly team update, retro meeting, and the dev team uses the Jira integration.
One of the great features is that it's time-zone aware. We run standups at specific times based on each team member's time zone. This is ideal for a distributed team like ours.
The dev teams managed their standups with Atlassian Jira to fit with the workflow. And last but not least thing that we love - multiple templates. Standuply covers a great choice of standard pre-built templates and it’s free to customize each of them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The text-only option gets a little stale. We're trying to get more of our team to try the audio and video features to spice it up. People still crave live communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall
As a leading scrum master in a remote software team, I would say that looked down on standup bots and worked the old schooled way - offline.
Pros
I’ve run the bot, spent a little time navigating.
I don't trouble my head about running dailies, everything is automated.
It seems like me and Standuply are great colleagues now.
The interface is pleasant, the functionality is clear.
What I love Standuply stands out for its time zone and user’s local time, asynchronous daily standup polls, automation, comprehensive integrations, tracking task progress, responsive customer support, and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cons
One of the teams was asked to implement a bot in Slack for online standups.
So I decided to try what kind of scrum-bot-thing it is.
I've checked enough standup bots and only one I found worthy... Standuply.
Everything suits me well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Previously, we used a standup bot with the same functions
and a set of features, but only Standuply app provides
following:
• answer reports ahead of time
• app customization (icon, name)
• caltulation of agile charts
• answer analytics and insights
• set multi-account administration
• Q/A system
• SSO via OKTA integration
I am to say that you’ll find a basic set of functions
in many standup bots. But if you want a really high-quality
product for a long turn run, then keep focus on Standuply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A good product. So far I see only the pros. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now my work has become less busy, the bot helsps me run my scrums. I am happy the bot is works and it has freed time for me to do other important things. I want to note that
Standuply is convenient to administer. The web dashboard is pretty admin-friendly I must say. There I see statistic on reports and response history. That’s a important and valuable point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no obvious cons. If I don't like something, then I don't use it. But I’m going to use Standuply when it fits! Outside of that nothing really else to be mentioned! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everyone has a stand-up meeting, or three. And it’s usually the same: people sit in a circle, one person talks, someone else nods, then everyone goes home.
Standuply turns this on its head. Instead of sitting around, you use a web app to do your meetings standing up. It only takes a few minutes to set up and use it.
It's so simple and easy to use, a child can use it. I no longer have training or time wasted on trial and error because I believe in the product and I know it will benefit the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to mention right now, we are satisfied :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a remote and distributed team, the integration with Slack is a huge time saver as this is where my team is.
I don’t need to wake up early for a video call, team members respond on slack during their working hours. I got used to this work format and now I can't even imagine how I used to overcomplicate things. Another good point is that Standuply Deeply integrates with HubSpot to pull activity logs and provide additional context to standups responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my opinion, remote work is introvert-friendly. You don't need to speak in a virtual space with other people. As you replace the interactive call with text or video. I know that this is a huge
plus, for some people but me, an extrovert, it's sometimes tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Standuply makes setting up remote and virtual check-ins, aka standup meetings, effortless and intuitive. The ability to set custom schedules with time out and view and track responses also helps ensure every team member responds on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After using the tool for years, it's tough to find something I dislike about it, except for the price to add additional team members (significantly when your team expands very fast). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool takes the monotony out of recurring meetings by pushing them to slack - great tools and features make it an excellent experience for all, and reporting is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've run into a few issues where I have to reauthenticate with slack so that standups run, but in general, they run without issue, so the reports come in and are easy to follow up on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, I've checked enough standup bots. And
only a few I found worthy. This bot has everything you
need and nothing extra. The interface is pleasant, the
functionality is clear. If you get on with all the
functions, I'm sure any team will say hello to progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In terms of functionality and product objective, everything is gorgeous. Sometimes there are a few bugs. Support is quick to address them. We've never had a significant lapse in standup automation due to bugs or downtime, but expect some bugs like with any SaaS app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked a highly-customizable interface
and experience, including their own Internal
Q&A system. A great feature that helps us
find answers to frequently asked questions
within our team. Everything is easily customized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At first, the dashboard was difficult to
navigate, but since then, I’ve figured it
out. Above all, I honestly don't have
any dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like its ability to allow team members to interact asynchronously with each other. We live in a world where everything has to be synchronous and real-time, and I don't think that's helpful when you are trying to get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that I can think of right now. So far, so good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
