They have also been very responsive when we need configuration changes (we are in shared cloud hosting) or even in making suggestions for handling requests and answering inquiries that come from our content owners. What I dislike is more about the shared hosting than the product itself. There are some limitations as to when configuration changes can be made and re-crawls can be done. The faceted SERP results have not been that useful for us. Scoping facets to a given subdomain has proven difficult. A simple request to send us a list of current "subdomains crawled" went unanswered... We finally resolved the matter on our own, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very simple to get started with the basic features. Indexing was easy to setup, the templating system is familiar, and the Content Auditor is a very useful feature. The documentation is complete and extensive which is a joy for anyone setting this up. There are so many useful features included in Funnelback, and although we're only using a tiny subset right now, having useful and descriptive documentation means that we can explore more options once we have become familiar with the platform. The tool allows you to see how multiple different websites score on accessibility and easily allows you to see which pages are the worst offenders. There is no way to filter out pages that you don't want to see for a specific session. We have some pages that show up in the tool multiple times and they will take up pages and pages with no real way to filter out/ignore pages we don't want to see. Also, sometimes the UI can be quirky especially the side accordion/menu when you're doing a view source of a page and trying to find errors of different types.
