Our small business needed a way to benefit from our Sales data. Squivr is a platform makes our data very valuable.
The dashboard is great! Reports and Data are front and center--no need to visit a drop-down menu to access the most relevant details. The Progress Reports offer a simple percent-complete numeric value that is impossible to misinterpret. The Dashboard allows us an easy to understand high-level visual.
Moving past the dashboard, the Org Charts is awesome! Simple to create and manage it offers a great macro visualization. With a simple click we can drill down into the details-- whether we are reviewing a specific team, the most successful and preferred communication methods, and/or the relationships.
The 5-Star Scoring (with the ability to add Custom Labels) allows us fill-in-the-blanks. We can see the designations we assign to Decision Makers and Blockers, the Decision Makers, and to the arbitrary points-of-contact we have identified along the way. We have found the more data we have collected, the more likely we are to get a signed deal.
Accessing Priorities, Tasks, and other metrics can be accessed by clicking on a member within the Org Chart. From assigning tasks and avoiding redundant unproductive behaviors, to breaking down our annual business plans into easy to manage tasks-- allowing our teams to assign completion dates.
Squivr's platform has allowed a partnership between our middle management and our Sales team. All parties are engaged on a SINGLE platform where our communication is consistent and centrally located. As a small company, we had to sell the benefits to our team on the caveat that the data entry be accurate, consistently inputted, and trusted.

I've had the opportunity to implement Squivr for multiple different clients, as well as to use it myself, and it has significantly improved day to day activities each and every time. The best part about the tool, is that it is Object and Process agnostic. While its primary intended use case is to help Sales Teams throughout the sales process, the product is easily adaptable to faciliate other processes and meet the needs of teams in any industry. Squivr has a fantastic load time and is perfect for maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment. All in all, I would say that Squivr is a reliable application for anyone looking to enhance their Salesforce experience. Simplicity is still the name of the game with Squivr. Sales navigation and lead management in Salesforce can be a challenge - as many sales reps lack the organizational skills (or time) necessary to effectively map/understand company structure. Squivr allows for visualization of an organization, with a simple GUI to organize, map and prioritize the key individuals within an account. With LinkedIn connectors and detailed (yet simple) role classifications, relationship management and hierarchy has never been cleaner. It has helped me personally with my navigation of Salesforce and can't imagine trying to managing my contacts without this tool.
Its intuitive interface now includes Org Chart for various objects, offering clear insights into relationships and account coverage. Squivr's product suite is easy to install and configure. The org chart functionality allows reps to easily manipulate the visual structure of an organization's hierarchy in a flash! This making it easily digestable for the entire go to market organization, and available to view or edit in Salesforce at any time. There are so many great features within the org chart tool that the reps love to use, like the parking lot concept, sentiment tracking, color card options, quick actions to create related records, and so much more. Their support is top knotch, very knowledgeable and responsive. They also do a great job with their documenation and support site, which is openly available to all. There are so many features, I feel like it can be easy to miss some without going through a formal training on everything that Squivr has to offer. The ability to manage company heirarchies and relationships is huge for us. Squivr makes it so easy for us to manage our customers/prospects and identify whitespace in our book of business. It has also helped our teams better collaborate cross-functionality. Being able to complete account reviews between CSMs, Sales, and BDRs has helped us drive more pipeline than we have before.
