Policy Management

Sprinto helps create, manage, and enforce company policies related to security and compliance.

The least help Sprinto offers is likely in areas that require subjective judgment, such as interpreting complex compliance requirements specific to unique business models, which may still need expert oversight or manual adjustments despite the platform’s automation. Sprinto's software is simple and intuitive and it has good features, of which we probably use a good 90%. There is no feature bloat with unnecessary functions that no one uses.

Their CSMs are excellent and super helpful and their tech support is quick and always have a fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Team

Sunit Jogi helped me understand the product and determine it was the right fit for us (which it was). He was very responsive, professional, and helpful to get things aligned once we decided to move forward. He was fantastic and made it all very easy, I was very excited to begin.

Then Varun Mehrotra's time was here to shine and he was amazing. From our first onboarding call and how he clearly articulated the big picture and then dove into each area more specifically, I could tell this guy was a rockstar. He was also incredibly prompt and helpful like Sunit and Varun continually went above and beyond to make this challenging process much easier. Our team was very impressed with Varun!

Product

There are a lot of things going to get compliance and therefore, this platform has a lot going on. The Dashboard with your Pending Work makes it very easy to know the things you need to do to keep things moving / in compliance. Varun helped in making sure I was following best practices and was there whenever I needed him to work through questions within the platform / integrations / connections we had.

Overall, the platform is easy to navigate and well designed. Once you begin utlizing it, it becomes a lot easier to know where to navigate to... but the Pending Work on the Dashboard makes it really nice and easy to see your assigned work. Compliance is expensive, especially for a startup. This isn't Sprinto's fault as the other market players are more expensive (so this is actually a PRO for Sprinto :). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, there wasn't much I disliked about Sprinto. However, we did experience some back and forth regarding the best practices for setting up monitoring. While they were quick to update their platform to align with our setup, it took a bit of time to get everything sorted out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sprinto's dashboard and pages make checking on compliance status a complete breeze. At a glance, I can see exactly what we still have to do, and check on any areas that still need work. The notifications are timely and helpful. The many service integrations Sprinto offers makes it simple to automate the checks on a ton of the services we use too. Additionally, our integration team of Akshay Bhalotia and Shruti Saraswat have been amazing hand very helpful! They've been able to answer all of our questions the minute they arise. There are some aspects of the dashboard that seem to get stuck sometimes. It's not a big problem because we just email our team and they take care of it right away, but if I'm in a good flow it does take me out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sprinto turned up pretty good in managing compliances, particularly for SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA standards. The platform automates many of the tedious tasks, allowing us to track and implement new compliances much faster and more efficiently. We no longer have to worry about manual tracking or chasing down documentation. Also, communication with the Sprinto team, especially with Peshma Priya, has been great. Peshma was quick to respond, provided clear guidance, and ensured that our compliance journey was smooth. Her support made our experience with Sprinto even more pleasant. Although Sprinto has significantly simplified our compliance process, the initial setup, especially with integrations, can be a bit challenging for non-technical teams. System can be a bit hard to navigate sometimes because of the number of features.
