They have all the core features needed to get certified quickly, including very competend onboarding support (even via Slack!) which resulted in an implementation time of just 4 weeks. At the same time the feature set continues to grow and feature requests for integrations are being taken serious.

Most importantly in the day to day it just makes my life so easy: I login daily and get a birds eye view of all the connected systems. Often that is all that is needed but if necessary I get directed to where I need to check in my 3rd party systems with instructions what is needed to remain complaint. the Vendors quoting process, it would be great that sprinto added intro their process, to introduce the costumer to one of the audit vendors if they choose to do it.

I picked Sprinto for the guided support, and am definitely glad that I did as I'm positive this process would have taken me easily twice as long on my own, and as a founder of a startup I did not want a long term distraction

I used services from Sprinto for getting our product SOC2 certified. In summary I would like to recommend this tool for anyone who is starting out with compliance work or who has a matured Infosec department in the organization.

I interacted with primarily two items: the Platform and the Customer Success+Support team. The highlights of both of them are mentioned below.

*Platform / Tool*

The platform is well built and provides a ton of features and workflows to ease out the entire compliance process. Highlights were

Nearly perfect tool to ensure that all the failing controls are highlighted

Great dashboard which highlights the failing controls in one screen

Great workflow on remediation steps from the tool itself.

Detailed and correct HowTos which ensured that fixing the failing controls was completely DIY and deskilled

*Customer Success / Support*

I worked with Vaishali from the CS team. Overall a very good experience the highlights of the Customer Success and Support team were

Customer success wants you to succeed and take all the steps to ensure that project is on time and meets the target dates and success criterias

Ensured that we are informed and on the right track all the time with focus on the items and take actions which are in line with the Audit and certification goals and requirements

We wanted to implement ISO 27001 for our organization Fitterfly. We weren't aware of the existence of such platforms as Sprinto. When we signed up we were not completely sure about its capabilities but still, we signed up. We are happy that we signed up for it. It has really helped us implement ISO 27001 very quickly and easily.

What we liked best about Sprinto is it seamlessly connects with your cloud service provider, email service provider, code repository provider, etc. It notifies you as soon as there are some gaps in policies in a production environment. Its dashboard gives you a clear picture of completed and pending activities.
