By managing the campaign across multiple channels are chaotic. It allows us to orchestrate campaigns from a platform where it can enhances the efficiency. Many tasks are repetitive and time consuming. Where the automation can work by reducing the time and risk from a human errors. Engaging with the customers are inconsistent. Where it can allow the users to manage the interactions around social,digital and traditional channels. Gaining of multiple insights from the data are challenging. What do you like best about Sprinklr Marketing?

Sprinklr Marketing has been great for keeping track of multiple campaigns running for multiple teams. The ease of tracking campaigns requests and the tasks associated with those really is a game changer. The workflows and automations not only keep everyone on track, but also build in safeguards for compliance and finance functions. Once we got implementation close to right, we really saw a lot of benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Marketing?

Sprinklr Marketing is billed as having the ability to plan your entire content and paid workflow. It does not. Frustrating limitations around any paid function exist throughout the platform. It is built for content creation and publishing workflows. Period. Paid functions are an add on, and are far more limited that the content/organic side. Some features seem to halfway finished when it comes to paid, like someone forgot that people use Marketing for paid planning as well. Planning paid/dark content is just nearly impossible. If your functions are content/organic-first, you might never notice some of these problems.

Sprinklr Marketing is incredibly difficult to setup and integrate. This is partially because of very poor documentation, and partially because it feels like no one in Sprinklr products or support fully understands what it is even capable of. The default setup they walk you through likely will not serve your needs - and any training or documentation on how to work through it yourself doesn't exist. I would see references to featuers in knowledgebase and ask our reps about it, only to be told things weren't possible. And then realize while trying to solve a problem myself it was possible. It was over a year since initially beginning the project that we were able to see benefit, and that was because I figured out solutions on my own and badgered our reps to fill in the blanks until i was able to build it like i wanted. What do you like best about Sprinklr Marketing?

As a regulated business, Sprinklr has become the backbone of our Social Media operations and governance over a number of years. The best thing about Sprinklr Marketing is being able to empower internal teams and external agencies to carry out key social media workflow tasks in a safe and controlled way - ultimate confidence in collaborative working and output across teams is key for a business like ours. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Marketing?

The only down-side is when a Social Platform doesn't yet provide API access to 3rd parties for a new product (i.e. a new ad product or creative format for publshing) then we are unable to carry out a desired action safely within Sprinklr and have to carry out the task natively. However, this is not a Sprinklr specific issue - if API access is not yet available, it won't be available to any Social Media Management Solutions in the marketplace (Sprinklr or their competitors). Sprinklr are however generally the fastest to deploy new functionality due to their close relatioships with the Social Platforms and their excellent (and super-speedy) Product Team. Sprinklr provides us with complete control and governance across all Social Media tasks and activities carried out by our internal teams and external agency strategic partners. We use all of the products held within Sprinklr Marketing including Content Marketing, Publishing, Analytics and Advertising - what is great about this approach is that we can use Unified Analytics and get a full view of our content and advertising performance across Paid, Boosted and Organic Social.. all in one place. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Marketing?

Most everything else. It's so difficult to understand and what we were showed in sales calls versus what we have are two very different things. I have spent months working through trainings and get my team up and running. I have had various different tech people try to help me and yet at about almost a year since implementation, we are still trying to figure out how to use the system. What problems is Sprinklr Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

it's not solving anything at the moment as it has failed to work the way we were told it would. It's not intuitive, the data has errors and setting up our own dashboards is not something we were trained how to do. Sprinklr is a problem for me, it's not solving problems.
