Nothing particular. Once we couldn't send a mailing because there was a Vimeo link in it that apparently caused a spamming issue. The mailing wasn't approved and we had to call the service desk who quickly helped us out. But it would have been more convenient if the cause of the disapproval was mentioned right away. Friendly, approachable and always willing to help married with excellent expertise in their field of email and marketing automation, CRM integration.
